What began as a humble start 25 years ago has now come full circle, turning into a journey of passion, dedication, and community. Chef Alfredo first walked through the doors of this very restaurant as a young worker, eager to learn and grow. Over the years, he worked his way up from kitchen staff to chef, perfecting his craft and forming lasting bonds with the community. After gaining experience in other cities, Alfredo returned with a new vision, one that would bring his dream to life: to continue serving the very community that had helped shape his story.
